We’ve been working hard to refresh and rejuvenate Spithead Resource Centre. This exciting Big-Lottery-funded project has been led by a team of nine apprentices from IBM, who have entered the Brathay Apprentice Challenge 2016, the search for the apprentice team of the year. In fact, they were so successful that they received an award at Westminster for their efforts!
Redecoration, a new breakout room, fresh furniture and equipment are just a few of the changes that Acacia Hayles and her team have put in place. The bold colour scheme can be seen in the brightly redecorated computer room, which has new operator chairs and refurbished PCs.
Spithead Resource Centre is now ready for hire, offering an inviting and well-resourced space for people in the area. An official relaunch is planned for late summer. If you’d like to get involved, please contact Sara Clark at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 02392 739485.
